The Carter Center Star Project
2026 Learning Summit
The Carter Center's STAR Project Learning Summit brought together Democracy Resilience Network (DRN) Leaders from across the country for two days of collaboration and strategic reflection in Atlanta. The gathering included remarks from Paige Alexander, President of The Carter Center, and Jason Carter, grandson of President Jimmy Carter and former Georgia State Senator. Jason emphasized that while The Carter Center has long advanced peace and democracy around the world, this work must also be done here at home. He reminded participants that strengthening democracy in the United States is essential to sustaining and exporting these values globally, underscoring that DRN leaders play a vital role in advancing peace, democracy, and good governance within their own communities.

First Faith Responder Conference
Sun100 was honored to collaborate with the First Faith Responder Conference, bringing together over 200 law enforcement officers for a powerful day focused on faith, resilience, and de-escalation. Lisa Lorenzo led introductions on behalf of SUN100, and we were grateful to stand alongside those who serve on the front lines and to support spaces that strength calm, wisdom, and unity in moments that matter most.
